How website maintenance starts and runs
1. First check of your site
We review the platform, the plugins, the hosting, the backups and the access, and list what needs attention first.
2. Written maintenance plan
What is included, how often, how requests are made and how they are counted, agreed before anything starts.
3. Access in your name
You keep the owner accounts; we work with a user of our own that you can remove at any time.
4. Routine work
Updates, backups, security checks and speed checks, on the schedule written in the plan.
5. Requests and fixes
You send changes and problems by email or WhatsApp to one contact who knows your site, with urgent problems handled the same working day and other requests within two working days.
6. Reports and review
A short report of the work done, and a review of the plan when your site or your needs change.

Hosting, domain names and business e-mail
Your hosting, your domain name and your professional e-mail addresses can be looked after in the same maintenance plan. DevoraTech is a web agency: we choose the host with you, then manage the accounts for you, and everything stays in your company's name. The costs of the hosting, the domain and the mail service are listed apart in your quote.
Hosting chosen with you
We compare hosting offers against what your site needs: the platform, the number of visitors, the countries they come from, and the backups and support the host provides. The account is opened in your name, and we manage its settings, the SSL certificate and the server backups. Speed settings on the server are part of our website speed optimization.
Your domain name, in your name
The domain is registered with your company as its holder, and we manage its DNS records and renew it with your agreement. For a .ma address, the rules and the renewal calendar are in our guide to .ma domain names.
Professional e-mail
Addresses on your own domain, such as contact@ followed by your company's domain, set up with the mail service you choose with us. We add the DNS records that let receiving servers check your messages: Gmail, for example, asks every sender to set up SPF or DKIM for its domain. Mailboxes are added and removed as your team changes.
Renewals watched
The renewal dates of the hosting, the domain, the certificate and the mail service are tracked, with a reminder to you before each one. The owner accounts stay with you, and we work with an access of our own that you can remove.

What do your website maintenance services include?
Software and plugin updates, backups, security checks, uptime and speed checks, changes and fixes, and a short report. The exact list is written in your maintenance plan before it starts, and the report is sent every month.
How much does website maintenance cost?
It depends on the platform, the size of the site, the number of plugins and how many changes you expect each month. There are three plans, each priced on quote with a monthly report: the Essential plan covers updates, backups, security checks and uptime monitoring, the Standard plan adds small content changes and a speed check, and the Extended plan adds priority fixes and a set number of hours for new work. Request a quote with your site address and you receive a written plan.
How do I ask for a change, and how fast is it done?
You send it by email or WhatsApp to one contact who knows your site, in English or French. Urgent problems, such as a site that is down or hacked, or a broken checkout or form, are handled the same working day, and a normal request within two working days. A quote for new work is sent within three working days. Tangier is on GMT all year: the same time as London in winter, one hour behind Paris and Madrid in winter and two hours behind in summer.
Do you offer WordPress maintenance services, including WooCommerce?
Yes. Our WordPress maintenance services cover the core, the theme, the plugins and the page builder, with a backup before each round of updates and a check after it. For WooCommerce stores, we also test the cart and the checkout after updates.
Can you maintain a site built by another agency?
Yes, after a first review of the site. We start by checking the platform, the plugins, the hosting and the access, then propose a plan. You keep the accounts in your name.
Do I need maintenance if my site rarely changes?
Yes, in most cases. Even when your content stays the same, the platform, the theme and the plugins keep releasing security updates, and backups still need to run. The Essential plan covers that, and changes can be added when you need them.
