A written scope before any work starts
Before we start, you receive a written scope: pages or screens, features, languages, what you provide and what we deliver. The quote follows that scope.
Your code, your domain, your accounts
Your domain, hosting, code and accounts, app store accounts included, are in your name. If you change provider one day, you take everything with you.
Your site in French, English or Spanish
We build your site in French, English or Spanish, or in several of them. Each language has its own pages, set up for Google and linked to the same page in the other languages.

How a website or app project runs
1. Discovery
We start with a call about your business, your clients and what the project must do. You tell us what exists today: site, logo, texts, photos, accounts.
2. Planning
We write the scope: pages or screens, features, languages, and who provides what. You receive the quote with it, and you decide.
3. Design
We design the main pages or screens first, on phone and computer. You comment, we adjust, and the rest follows the approved design.
4. Development
We build the site or app and put your content in place. You follow progress on a test address before anything goes live.
5. Launch
We test forms, speed and display on phones and computers, then connect your domain name. The site goes live, or the app goes to the stores.
6. Support
After launch, we show you how to update your content. We then handle the fixes, updates and changes we agreed on.

Questions before you start
How much does a website cost?
The price depends on the scope: number of pages, features, languages, whether you sell online, content to write and connections to other tools. After a short call, you receive a written quote that lists each part, so you can see what you pay for. Sending a request commits you to nothing.
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the number of pages or screens, the features and how fast your content is ready. A showcase site takes less time than an online store or an app. You get a schedule with the written scope, before you commit.
Is SEO included when you build my site?
Yes, the basics: clean titles and descriptions, a sitemap for Google, fast pages on phones and, when you already have a site, redirects from your old addresses. A full SEO service (audit, content, local SEO) is quoted separately, and the first audit of your site is free, delivered within 3 days.
What happens after launch?
We show you how to edit your content. We then offer maintenance in three plans, each with a monthly report, agreed in writing before the project ends.
Do you work with clients outside Morocco?
Yes. We work with clients worldwide by video call, email and WhatsApp, in English or French, and you approve each step on a test address. Tangier is on GMT all year: the same time as London in winter and one hour behind in summer, one hour behind Paris and Madrid in winter and two hours behind in summer. Your accepted quote is our agreement; a short contract or an NDA is added when you ask, signed by email.
