Landing page design services for one offer and one action

DevoraTech offers landing page design services to businesses that send visitors from Google Ads, email or social media and want those visitors to call, book or ask for a quote. We write, design and build one page for one offer, with one main action, a form that reaches your inbox and the tracking that counts each request. The page can sit on your current website or stand alone on its own address.

We are a landing page agency in Tangier, Morocco, working in English and French with clients in Morocco, France and worldwide. As a custom web development company, we build on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel or Next.js, so the page fits the site you already run. When your visitors come from ads, the page and the campaigns of our Google Ads agency work are planned together, from the same searches.

Part ofWebsite development

  • One offer, one action
  • On your site or stand-alone
  • Tracking tested before launch

For whom

Who it is for

  • A business running Google Ads that sends its clicks to the home page

  • A company launching an offer, an event or a season that needs a page by a set date

  • A service business that wants leads from one campaign: quote requests, calls or WhatsApp messages

  • An online shop promoting one product or one collection

  • A team whose current landing page gets visits and few requests

What we build

The pages we build

  1. Lead page

One offer, its proof and a short form for a quote, a call back or a booking.

  2. Product or offer page

One product or one service explained, with a button to the cart or the booking page.

  3. Event or launch page

The date, the programme and the registration form.

  4. Multilingual page

The same offer in French, English or Spanish, each version written for its own readers.

What we fix

What a landing page fixes

  1. Visitors land on a page about everything

People who clicked on one offer arrive on a page that presents your whole business, and many leave before they find what they came for. Google's advice to advertisers is to give people what they are looking for and to keep the message consistent from the ad to the landing page. Each page we build repeats the promise of the ad or email that leads to it, in its headline.

  2. The page is slow on a phone

Google notes that the speed at which a page loads can be the difference between someone bouncing or buying. Its web.dev guidance sets a good experience at the main content shown within 2.5 seconds, a reaction to a tap within 200 milliseconds and a layout shift of 0.1 or less. We keep images and code light and test the page on a phone before launch.

  3. Too many choices and no clear next step

Menus, several offers and links to other pages pull visitors away from the action you want. A landing page keeps one main call to action, repeated where the visitor is ready, with the answers to the questions that hold people back.

  4. You cannot tell what the page brings

Your analytics show visits, and no one can say which campaign brought which request. We record the form, the call button and the WhatsApp button as conversions, so Google Ads and your analytics show what each page brings.

What you get

What our landing page design services include

Request a quote
  1. Brief and message

The offer, the people it is for, where the visitors come from and the one action you want, agreed in writing before any design.

  2. Copy

A headline that matches the ad or email bringing the visitor, the benefits, the proof you can show (real reviews, photos of your work, the terms you actually offer), the answers to common objections and a short FAQ, in French, English or Spanish.

  3. Design for the phone first

The page drawn for the phone first, then for the computer, and approved by you before the build.

  4. Build on your site or stand-alone

The page built on your WordPress site, your Shopify or WooCommerce store, your Laravel or Next.js application, or on its own address, with light images, a form that sends each request to your inbox or to the CRM we build for you, and buttons to call you or message you on WhatsApp.

  5. Conversion tracking

Form sent, calls and WhatsApp clicks recorded as conversions in Google Ads and in your analytics, with a confirmation page that counts each request once. Everything is tested before launch.

  6. Checks before launch

Display on phones and computers, speed, form delivery, links and tracking checked on a test address. The page also meets Google Ads' destination requirements: it works, it can be read by Google's crawlers, and it is easy to navigate.

  7. Conversion rate optimization

After launch, our conversion rate optimization services continue on request: we read where visitors stop, change one element at a time, and compare two versions of the page in an A/B test once it receives enough visits to decide between them.

  8. Your page and your accounts

The page, its code or template, the domain and the tools it uses stay in your name, and you receive every access at launch.

Platforms

On your website, or on its own address

The page goes where your team can keep it up to date and where your tracking already runs. We choose the place with you in the written scope.

  1. WordPress

A page template on your WordPress site that your team can edit, built with our WordPress development work.

  2. Shopify or WooCommerce

A page for one product or one collection inside your store, with the cart and the checkout you already use, as part of our Shopify development or WooCommerce work.

  3. Laravel or Next.js

A page inside your web application, or a fast stand-alone page built with Next.js, for teams that work with developers and want the page in their own code, as with our Laravel development projects.

  4. Stand-alone page

A page on its own address, such as a subdomain of your site, when your current site is hard to change or the offer runs for a limited time. The domain and the hosting stay in your name.

Process

How a landing page project runs

  1. 1. Brief

The offer, the audience, the traffic source and the action, on a call. If a page already exists, we read it and its figures first.

  2. 2. Written scope and quote

Sections, languages, platform, tracking, and what each side provides, such as photos, reviews and prices.

  3. 3. Copy and wireframe

The text and the order of the sections, approved by you before the design starts.

  4. 4. Design

The page on phone and computer, approved by you.

  5. 5. Build and tests on a test address

The build, the form, the tracking, the speed and the display tested. You check the page from wherever you are.

  6. 6. Launch and first readings

The page goes live, your ads or emails point to it, and we read the first visits and requests with you to decide what to change.

Questions

Landing page design: your questions

How much does a landing page cost?

It depends on the copy to write, the number of sections, the languages, the platform, and the tracking and tools to connect. Request a quote and you receive a written quote that lists each part, with any hosting or tool subscription listed separately. Sending a request commits you to nothing.

What is the difference between a landing page and a home page?

A home page presents your whole business and sends visitors in many directions. A landing page serves one offer and one action, for visitors who arrive from a known source such as an ad or an email. Many businesses keep both: the website for people who look around, the landing page for people who clicked on a precise promise.

Can you build it on my existing website?

Yes. We build on WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel and Next.js, inside your current site, so the page shares your domain, your design and your tracking. If your site is hard to change, the page can stand alone on its own address, in your name.

Do I need to provide the text and images?

We write the text, from what you tell us about your offer and your clients. You provide the facts only you hold, such as prices, terms, reviews and photos of your work, and we use only images you own or have the right to use. You approve every word before launch.

How long does a landing page take?

A single page takes less time than a website. The schedule depends mostly on how quickly the copy and the design are approved and on when your photos and reviews are ready. You receive a schedule with the written scope, before work starts.

Will the landing page also appear on Google?

It can, and we decide it with you in the scope. A page made only for ads can be kept out of Google's search results, so it does not compete with your service pages for the same searches. A page meant to be found gets its own title, headings and content written for one search.

Tell us about the offer your page must sell

Send us the offer, where your visitors come from and what you want them to do. We reply with questions, then a written quote. Already have a page that brings few requests? Send its address and we start by reading it.
