Privacy policy

DevoraTech, a web development agency in Tangier, Morocco, publishes this site and decides how the data below is used. Our contact details are in the legal notice, and you can write to us at contact@devoratech.com.

We handle your data under Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. For visitors in the European Union, we also follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

When you send the quote form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your company and phone number, if you give them;
• the service you chose, the description of your project, and the budget and timeline if you chose them;
• the address of your website, when you ask for a free SEO audit;
• the language and address of the page you sent the form from;
• your consent and the time you gave it.

To limit spam, we also keep a one-way fingerprint of your IP address (the address itself is not stored) and your browser's user agent, the line that names your browser and system.

We use these details to answer your request: to reply, ask our questions, prepare a written scope and a quote, and follow the project if you go ahead. We use them because you asked us to and gave your consent in the form. We do not sell them, use them for advertising or add you to a mailing list.

Your request is stored in DevoraTech's own database, on the servers of our host (named in the legal notice). Two emails are sent when it arrives: a copy to our mailbox so we can answer you, and a confirmation to the address you gave, with your reference and the service you chose. The confirmation never repeats the text of your request.

We keep your request for the time needed to answer it and, if the project goes ahead, to follow it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising tool today. The fonts are served from this site, so reading a page sends nothing to a font provider. When we add a measurement tool, it will load only after you accept it in a consent banner, and we will update this policy to name it.

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it or to object to its use. Write to contact@devoratech.com from the address you used in the form, and we will confirm by email once it is done. You can also complain to the CNDP, the data protection authority in Morocco, or, in the European Union, to the data protection authority of your country.

When the site changes what it collects or the tools it uses, we update this page and the date at the top.
